Description

Dated HM.CM.EM 1840 with stone from older mill HM 1762 above. Large 4-storey cornmill with 5-storey kiln having pyramidal roof. Whinstone with freestone dressings, piended slate and pantile roofs, wheel removed and much altered and added to lately.

Statement of special interest

Impressive but much spoiled.
