Back Dykes

Back Dykes is a street, or rather lane, immediatedly to tehsouth of the dyke, or wall, that partly marks the southern bourndary of the old Royal Burgh, and also the current conservation area. Back Dykes has given its name to a modern develoment, Back Dykes Terrace.
