The Old Stables, shown on Ordnance Survey maps as Covenanter Cottage, is a house in Back Wynd, Falkland, between the Hayloft Tearoom and Dunira. it is set back from the street, with a small stand-alone store builidng (a former public toilet) in front of it.

In April 2021 there was a planning application for change of use for the stand-alone store building from domestic outbuilding to form studio office.[1]
