Description
The monument comprises the remains of a fort of prehistoric date, visible as cropmarks on oblique aerial photographs. The monument lies in arable farmland at around 95m OD. It comprises the remains of an oval-shaped fort measuring about 120m NE-SW by 80m. The fort is multivallate, the defences visible as three ditches. [...] | |
