Sir George Deas, later Lord Deas (1804–1887) was a Scottish judge.
Educated at Falkland, Milmnathort and Perth, he spent some time in a solicitor's office in Cupar, before studying at Edinburgh University. He was called to the Scottish bar in 1828. He held various judicial roles.
He had houses in Moray Place and Heriot Row, Edinburgh, but Millfield, Falkland, is also described as his "seat".
