Clardale (or Claredale) is a house in Falkland. It occupies the whole western side of Rottenrow and has frontages on the High Street and South Street West. It was previously several houses, the northern-most of which (nearest the High Street) was previously Colin Herd's shop.
The end section facing South Street West where there is now a plate glass window, was once used as a garage.[1]

Notes
- ↑ Information from former occupier.
- ↑ HES record for LB31283 The "NORTHERN SECTION" is almost certainly a mistake and clearly refers to the what is actually the southern section, on South Street West.
