Dated 1D MB 1735 in raised letters at lintel. 2-storey 3-window, outer windows altered to bipartite, rubble, croswtepped, roman tiles to front, concrete at back.

Statement of special interest

Former School, and prior to that, a brewery. Formerly North Quarter. Re-categorised as C(S) from B for Group (2006).
