Harold Ogle Tarbolton (1869–1947) was an architect, born in Nottingham but working mainly in Scotland.

In 1897[8] he married Beatrice Dudgeon Gulland, daughter of Charles Gulland of Millfield, Falkland.[1]

In Falkland he designed the extension to the British Linen Bank.
