Ladieburn Cottage is a house and former hotel in Falkland High Street, rather large to be called a cottage.

The name is said to be taken from the "Lady Burn", which at one time flowed down the High Street.

The eastern side of the ground floor is a shop, now Foursticks, previously Love Restored, and before that Scott Robb Hairdressing,[2] and before that a grocer's.

Previous uses

Temperance hotel

Special features

The shop is now (2024) a picture framing shop called "Foursticks". It was previously "Love Restored" and was before that "Scott Robb Hairdressing". In the days of the Temperance Hotel it was a tea room.
