Thistle House is a house in Falkland High Street, on the corner of Rottenrow, and adoining Ross House. It is the more westerly of the two houses grouped in the HES listing as "Houses (Ross and Drysdale)", the other being Ross House.

Not to be confused with Thistle Cottage (Cross Wynd).
