Harold Ogle Tarbolton (1869–1947), nicknamed Tarrybreeks) was an architect, born in Nottingham but based in Edinburgh and working mainly in Scotland.

His wife Beatrice Gulland was the daughter of Charles Gulland, Town Clerk and Bank Agent.[1]

In Falkland he designed the extension to the British Linen Bank and made some of the plasterwork for the House of Falkland.
