PAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The Mill Burn, sometimes called the Roaring Burn or Cracling Burn, rises in the Lomond Hills and runs through woodland parallel to the Maspie Den, then through the House of Falkland designed landscape. It feeeds the pond near the East Gate lodge and then runs behind the lodge. If merges with the Maspie Burn near the West Loan but previously continued via the Mill Dam pond into the Mill Lade which powered the Turning Mill.
